Turn around Time:

Typically orders have a lead time of 3-5 Business days unless otherwise noted on a specific listing. However, as we come closer to the Holiday Rush lead times will be longer and updated as an announcement on the homepage. if you need your order or shipping expedited please email us at rootedwillowlaseranddesign@gmail.com. Additional fees may apply. 

Can I include a note with my order?

Absolutely! Please note it at checkout and we'll be sure to include it in the package. Please know that we never send any invoices or receipts with orders. That will be sent via email after the checkout process is completed. 

Shipping & Returns
How much is shipping?
    Shipping costs vary depending on the order total. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
      Do you ship internationally?
        Currently we only ship within the United States.

          Do you accept returns & exchanges?

            Given that our items are individually tailored to each order, we do not accept returns and or exchanges. However, we do understand that things happen. Please reach out to us directly if you have any issues or concerns.
